Job Duties include the following: Maintain the filing of hard files, and documents received via email, create new case and project files, order records, draft simple correspondence, interact with clients, and maintain supplies. Must know how to work on the computer, preferably on both a PC and Apple. A knowledge of Quickbooks, the internet and social media is a plus. Will train in all duties and can grow into a bigger position. Must have a nice phone voice, be independent, and be kind and energetic. Will work with outsourcing companies to run the businesses, including a live answering service to answer phones, and a dictation service to get documents completed. Hours are somewhat flexible. Will work on both law and production assignments, and must be driven to see them to completion.
